We provide a place where learning is fun. In addition, we offer nurturing teachers, an outstanding learning environment and family support. This is referred to by our families as the Stepping Stone Family Caring Service.
Stepping Stone School's Infant-Fours All Ready Curriculum® reflects the most current research on brain development, age-appropriate activities, behavior management techniques and best teacher practices.
Stepping Stone teachers are special educators who love their work and have a class of happy, engaged children.
We believe that our teachers must be experts in preschool care. Therefore, we are dedicated to continuous training and growth. The mission for our students is to inspire them to become life long learners. Consequently, each of our educators also makes this commitment.
Stepping Stone School provides a safe, healthy learning environment. Stepping Stone has been awarded three safety-first awards and is committed to sustaining a healthful and secure school.
Stepping Stone's environment has been carefully planned as a child enrichment center. The building design, all equipment and each and every play and learning material has been chosen with much thought as to their all around play and education value.
Stepping Stone has demonstrated this dedication to quality care, a dedication that helped us achieve National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA) in 1994 and National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) in 1998. As one of the few programs to have achieved this status, we feel extremely proud!
Stepping Stone Family Partners serves as a vital link between the administration, the faculty, the parents, and the community. These key communicators sponsor community awareness programs as well as special events and projects.
